Love the concept but unfortunately it's not available in my area which means I have to put my 2 dogs in a doggie hotel for 3 days while I visit my brother. Only downloaded because of the family emergency and I wanted to take Leo and Hilo with me but unfortunately it's not an option which means that I have to hassle yet again with the airline so that I don't have to pay for luggage that is not coming with me. It's super annoying but the concept and idea is awesome pets always with their owners...

ONLY FOR RICH PEOPLE! DID NOT HAVE PET EMERGENCY SCHEDULED WAY IN ADVANCE! Saw flyer at my vet's office & downloaded the app only to find out it would cost almost $500 dollars to get from my home to my vet! I could take an Uber or Lyft for $30. I'm 13 miles from my vet which takes 20 mins by car. I'm sorry but this app is literally only for the rich. I will NOT be using this service as it costs a week worth of pay

As someone that works long hours and travels a lot, this service really is appreciated. No longer do I have to beg friends for help with my pet transportation. Keep up the good work.
