We use Paw Partner at my job. If it's accessed through a web browser, it works pretty well but for some reason when I use the app I have approximately 20 seconds before an Error message pops up and I'm kicked off the app. This makes it more difficult getting my work done when I'm out of the office, bringing me to the realization that downloading the app was just a waste of time. Reply: I belive the error message says "Network error. Please try again. (-6)" But it flashes so fast I'm not sure

It works to deliver invoices. The level of detail is low, it does not provide an account statement showing payments or credits, it simply provides an invoice leaving me to wonder what I'm actually paying for and how much I've paid. This shouldn't be used for billing but does appear to be a decent way to connect with your pets adventures.

Just can't change the preferred business, so annoying. Its like glued to Paws and Claws when I wish to change it to Fur and Feathers on Allen Rd. Please fix the app and I will change my rating to 5 atars. Update: Excellent support! Thank you for reaching out and helping. I am happy to give 5 stars for your exceptional service!
