As a long time Pax8 Partner, this is a great app to have in the field - from what I've seen so far you can view and modify most subscriptions for any client, view and open support cases, and switch to MSRP pricing view to show clients what a product will cost. It doesn't look like checking out a net new SKU is available yet, but I'll update the review if that changes! P.s. - still haven't gotten that cookie for being order #2,000,000 ;)

They send me notifications, but when I click on them, it says they can't read them and then it deletes it. If I go to notifications in the app, that notification isn't there anymore.

Worst company to deal with, be careful if you are planning to work with them, and yes their support is a big time fraud.
