Really bad and I will erase this app never ever use it . And will inform all my friend and put it in social media. I sent package 2nd may to bandung sameday small package. They picked it at 9.15 without any notification, paid cash and it will arrive may 2nd by 20 to 22 pm. When itu arrived in bandung, the package information missing from the app, and new order placed me as a receiver, confused me since I dont have any new delivery order and my 1st delivery not sent yet and its gone. DO NOT USE THEM TO SEND DOCUMENTS! I sent my documents on 1 Feb 2024, with next day service. Until today, 6 Feb 2024, the package is not yet delivered. There's no numbers are contactable for customer complains. I chat with the bot on the app and on the web, but they keep shutting me down by saying they can't deliver my documents and they are in the 'Paxel Point' which is closed all day long. The 'Korlap' is uncontactable. Me as shipper and the receiver didn't receive any call about the failure

Poor app. Try click any button, nothing happened. Makes my device hot so sudden, so i need to force stop. Pls do something.
