About this app

Payani keeps everything for a trip - the plan, the packing list, the tickets, the notes - in one place, organized by trip instead of scattered across apps.

CALENDAR
See your itinerary by day, by 3-day window, by month, or as a full list. Events are color-coded by category with their icon and description shown right on the block, so a packed day is still readable at a glance instead of one long list.

CHECKLISTS
Packing lists and to-dos, grouped by date and ordered by time so "what do I need to do today" is always the first thing you see - with due dates you (or the AI assistant) can set.

DOCUMENTS
Attach boarding passes, confirmations, and photos to a trip or a specific event. Share a document straight from another app's share sheet and Payani will ask which trip it belongs to. Give each one a name you'll recognize later, separate from the original filename.

NOTES
A place for the details that don't fit anywhere else - a friend's address, a reservation code, a packing reminder.

AI ASSISTANT (OPTIONAL)
Turn it on and bring your own API key from Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, Mistral, Groq, Together AI, DeepSeek, xAI - or point it at a self-hosted model on your own network. Ask it to draft an itinerary, find flights, hotels, or restaurants with real, current links instead of guesses, or set due dates on your checklist from a plain-English request.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
There's no Payani account and no server of ours in the loop. Every trip, checklist, and document lives only on your device. If you use the AI assistant, your request goes straight from your device to the provider you chose - never through us.
