Pay your obligation to any PayGOV.US client in seconds. Simply enter the Pay Location Code of the agency you wish to pay and complete the required fields. PayGOV Mobile can be used for either a one-time payment or for more frequent obligations.


The PayGOV Mobile app uses state-of-the-art security measures to meet the highest levels of PCI compliance. Even when registered your card account number is never stored. Registering will allow the app to only store your general payment history, your favorite PLC’s, and the capability to set reminder alerts for upcoming and recurring obligations.


Whenever you send a payment with PayGOV, the app sends an instant notification to confirm the transaction. Whether you use PayGOV once, or pay every month, you can rely upon PayGOV to keep it – Secure. Simple. Guaranteed.


New features for registered users! Registration is fast and easy. Just download, install and open the app, select "Register" and create your account in a few easy steps.

"My PLCs" Now save and manage your regular or favorite payment location codes, with all your account information for fast and easy payments!

"My Payment Options" Securely save and store your credit and debit cards for future payments. Once you've saved a payment option, just select "Use one of my payment options" from the payment information screen.

"My Payment Reminders" Set and manage future payment reminders, as they relate to one or more of your payment location codes. Set the date, time, amount and reminder notes for a fast and easy payment when you receive the reminder notification.

Privacy trap. Why would I allow the app to record audio. Make and receive phone calls and have access to my text messages. Device apps. Photos etc. I will not give those accesses to any agency affiliated with law enforcement who are known for violating privacy rights. All I wanted to do was be able to track and make payments for fines. Not give access for law enforcement to use back door channels to gather Intel on people

Hello Elizabeth. Our app is designed to used be used with an audio jack card reader. Hence the need for the permission. We do not record any audio. Regarding the others, the app is also designed to send a text receipt and any information collected in the app is used exclusively for what the agency needs to process your payment.

Not useable. Asks for info that is not relevant, and does not cover the VA MED CENTER that I am attached to. The desktop app is what I use, and it is a little complicated, but can be figured out. I need this mobile app, due to the fact that I am losing my home pc.

This is a crappy app designed to take advantage of people with the convenience fees,don't work 75% of the time and still charges you a fee everything you try they don't reimburse you for,avoid using this app if you can,just go pay in person.

Hello, we're sorry you're not happy with the app. There are processing fees that happen on every CC transaction, most of which is paid to the card issuing bank, and to the card networks. Our portion is very, very, small. If you're having issues with a transaction, please call 1-866-480-8552 and we'll take care of you right away.

NOTE: If you're having trouble finding the agency you're trying to pay, please call 1-866-480-8552. We are a 3rd party service provider and there have been instances of customers trying to pay an agency that doesn't have an account with us. Also, the audio permission is only used when the credit card reader is attached, and for the purpose of submitting secure transaction data - no audio is ever recorded.
