Make payments, view utility bills, connect with your community, and control smart home devices all from your mobile device using the Zego Resident app. Everything you need to do in a Zego-powered community can be managed from your phone via this intuitive mobile app.

- Zego Pay: Pay your rent or HOA dues, easily setup a recurring AutoPay to avoid late fees, view your current balance, and see your payment history.
- Zego Engage: Message with your community manager, submit and manage maintenance requests, view upcoming events, reserve amenities and gain access to exclusive in-app third-party deals through the Marketplace, and more.
- Zego Smart: Control all your smart devices from a single app including Smart locks, thermostats, outlets, lightbulbs and more
- Zego Utility: View your utility charges and make a one-time payment or set-up automatic payments.

The Zego Resident app has been designed for participating Zego communities. Not all products are available at all properties. Contact your property management company or HOA if you are unsure whether your community uses Zego.

The app is extremely glitchy and errors out. If you have to make an additional payment it defaults to credit card vs. your checking account and wants a fee. Then they charge you $15 extra for another payment (royal rip-off). I cannot make another auto payment on my account and choosing "support" just takes you to white pages, no actual support from what I can tell.

the new update is poorly designed! I can't view the amount of my auto payment or change any account details. if I click on "view details" for my auto payment, it just gives me the bank name and the date the auto payment will be coming out and the option to "skip." I want to be able to view the amount that's coming out to ensure it is accurate!! please fix this

Was going to use this to help pay rent for three tenants, but changed my mind after seeing the app. There's no way for you to create notes/comments on your payments system, if I'm making a payment for three, there's no way to tell if that's is considered when making payments. Plus the fees attached to making payments is a turn off. I'm for convenience, but the fees are too much for me since I can write a check instead at no cost and leave it in the mailbox. Other reviews also paint a bad picture
