Dreadful experience. The last 2 -3 years I can't even log in. They can't send me a new password. The emails never come. Everything is slow. They can't let me have a new account. You press a button and you wait and nothing happens. The webpage is garbage also. Nothing works. The only thing that works well is bust your nerves

I really hate to say it, but after the National Bank changes, this app can no longer be used. I explain. I went to login in the app recently, and it said that my account is not yet registered (it was), and that I need a confirmation to complete the registration. So went to the local office, and asked for confirmation of registration. They said me they did. I went home and when I checked my western union account, it still asked me for confirmation.. This really sucks! Is it possible to fix this?

Now the problem is when my friend went to pick the money, they told him there a problem in the system? Lol what, I paid fees for minutes transfer and now it's over two hours, while I received the confirmation via email, I could track it before but now it comes with an error and nothing I the error, I have emailed in the mail you provide with all my information. Now wait for answer for God's sake.
