This app is not recognizing your email or password and when you sign up it says user already exists. Hopefully this problem will be fixed soon...I was so excited when I saw that it says an app is now available to pay your bill because I despise going in to the office to pay it or doing it online with a charge of $5.... update: it works now but it still has that service fee of $4.95... no thanks I'll continue do a drive by and drop it in the mailbox...

Nice, simple little app to pay utility bill on phone. Can add or update payment methods. Handy for on the go payments...

Can't log in. Tells me user and password don't match. Try to recover password and it says user doesn't exist. Try to create an account and it says user name already taken.....smh
