My only issue is that I don't get the text messages when my balance is low on my account. And then my power ends up going off and I'm on Hud, and I can't have this happening. They need to fix the text messaging thing where they send you to text to let you know your balance is low and you need to pay it. Sometimes I don't get good service and I can't check the app

Great app! very simple to pay my bill the daily & monthy graphs need some work though.. For instance it said I used alot of power July 4th, 26 & I wasn't even at the house...

I already have my router set up and working so maybe that's the issue, but whenever I scan the QR code to add my router, it just says there was a delay and quits. So it's of no use to me.
