About this app

PayMore puts your balance and your prepaid virtual cards in one simple app.

Create an account, verify your identity, top up your balance, and get a prepaid virtual card to pay online. Your cards are issued through a third-party card issuing provider.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• Balance: see your USD balance and your account number at a glance.
• Balance top-up: add funds to your PayMore balance from the Deposit screen.
• Prepaid virtual cards: choose a card in the Card Store and buy it from your balance.
• Card top-up: move funds from your balance to any of your cards.
• Card details: view your card number, expiry date and balance when you need them, and hide them again with one tap.
• History: follow your top-ups, card purchases and card top-ups in one place.

IDENTITY VERIFICATION
To keep accounts safe, buying a card requires identity verification. You take a photo of your ID and a selfie with your phone camera inside the app. Your account shows as verified once the check is approved.

SECURITY
• Two-step verification with an authenticator app.
• Passkeys: sign in with your fingerprint, face or screen lock.
• Sensitive card details are shown only on request.

LANGUAGES
Arabic, English and Russian, with a full right-to-left layout in Arabic.

YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CHOICE
You can delete your account at any time from Account › Profile & Security in the app, or by following the steps at paymore.io/delete-account.

GOOD TO KNOW
• PayMore is not a bank and does not hold customer funds.
• Cards are prepaid: you can only spend what you load onto the card.
• Identity verification is required before buying a card.
• Availability depends on your country of residence.
