About this app

Payneto is the official app for internet customers (home WiFi/ISP) using the Payneto platform—just one app to manage your internet subscription, from checking bills to setting up your own WiFi, without the need to call a technician.

BILLING & PAYMENT
• View active bills, payment history, and paid invoices
• Pay directly from the app using various methods: Virtual Account, e-wallet, QRIS, and more
• Payment status automatically updates after a successful transaction
• Download proof of payment anytime

MANAGE YOUR OWN WIFI & MODEM
• Change the WiFi name (SSID) and password directly from your phone, without waiting for a technician
• Reboot your modem/ONT remotely when the connection is problematic
• Enable/disable the WiFi network as needed

NETWORK DIAGNOSTICS
• Built-in download and upload speed test
• Monitor daily internet traffic usage graphs
• ONT technical information: signal strength, connection status, and modem uptime — help you detect issues yourself before reporting to customer service

MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS
• Change service packages as needed, directly from the app
• Manage devices (phones/tablets) linked to your account and revoke access Anytime if your device is lost

HELP & REPORTS
• Contact your ISP's customer service directly from the app
• Report an outage via an AI-based Virtual Assistant

REGISTER AS A NEW CUSTOMER
• Find the nearest WiFi provider/ISP near you
• Fill out the registration form and specify the installation location on the map
• Monitor the approval status and technician installation schedule in real-time

SECURITY
• Secure login using OTP via WhatsApp or email — no need to remember passwords
• Manage and revoke access to devices logged into your account at any time
• Your personal data is encrypted and not shared with third parties without permission

The app automatically adjusts its appearance (logo & colors) to reflect your internet service provider's identity — a familiar experience, straight from the ISP you trust.
