The physical card was there as seen in the picture, but when I created the account, the physical card was not there. It's very unfortunate that you are working with lies.

Disappointed. At first it seems great, then comes frustration. They charge you a lot for the card and give you unnecessary charges and fees to pay. I bought a card, tried placing an order online, it didn't work. when I contacted customer care, which by the way is very poor, not only do they take about a day or two to respond but they seem to have no interest in solving the problem. I decided then to withdraw the money from the card, but it's stuck there impossible to be withdrawn.

The poorest app ever, very very too slow in transactions... and am thinking that those in charge of this app are official scammers, they will present one thing and do another thing inside.... Nothing like instant transactions on this app... It will only happens and do instant, when you register newly and transacting small amount for them to just make you feel like it's working but that's false, but once you transact big amount, your name is sorry... They will get you frustrated... 0 star for now
