Ratings and reviews

Inconvenient, a waste of time and space, doesn't allow you to pay through your bank account and will make you pay a higher fee for using a card than the last service my complex used. it also required me to create three seperate accounts to just attempt to connect my bank account to pay. Are the points supposed to incentivize payment? is that why they offer rewards? or is there another form of income gained through requiring this superfluous addition that enables them to offer "rewards"?

Mostly a perfectly serviceable app, but the fact that it logs you out every time you close the app makes it incredibly annoying to use. Even if you enable touch ID, it still makes you type in your password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. you need to open the app.

Worst thing ever for paying rent. Doesn't even give notice if it was successful or not in accepting a check. Do NOT use this trash
