Been using this app for a few years. When I opened it today, it closes automatically. I uninstalled and installed it again and it worked once. Second time I tried to open it, it closes automatically. I am using Android 12 and my Samsung S10+ does not have updates to newer versions.

I can't update the new version of this app becuase it claims that my phone not compatible with this app!!I've been using this app for work becuase thats what we used to fill in vacation days and thats where I get my payslips

Dear Simone,
Based on the new version, there are certain functionalities that will work from Android version 11 and up. So if you have a lower version, check in your phone settings if there is a new version and execute this to reach the minimum version of 11. If you are still experiencing problems, please reach out to your Payroll Department.

I've been using this app for a long time. This new year it claims that my phone is not compatible. What can I do. I need it for work.
