I had emailed Paysign support to address my issues, but since they aren't responding I am going to post here. The app and all its features worked well in the past, but over the last several months it seemed to break. The Fast Balance feature doesn't work, even after repeatedly enabling it in Settings. The basic 'Remember Me' feature on the login screen doesn't work either. I can log in and check my balance just fine, but I would just as easily log in to the Paysign website.
