10/14 - Since the latest update, I'm unable to check out after adding items to the cart. The screen looks to show fields for total & payment type selection but that's it. Just the labels.... 11/8 - still not working. Going to lose a reward because your app won't let me pay for an order.... 1/7 - Updated to 3* now that payment issue fixed. Still can't use rewards when placing order via their app.

they've changed rewards styles multiple times and now it's even worse than before. had enough for free bowl before and now it's only a little more than half way there. they probably will make it worse as the years go by

Most of the features are broken. Can't use Order Again. Can't save an order as favorite. Get errors. No button to access the card information. Cannot update if the transaction didn't go through. Close to useless app. Change that - completely useless app.
