Since they completely redesigned it, its become almost inaccessible. I can no longer use it to have my card scan, it only shows my name and my number for the card, the app is hard to navigate, you have to log in EVERY TIME you use the app when that was never the case before, I ended up deleting the whole thing. Should have left it alone, its was perfect before.

I tried this yesterday. All I really want to do is fill up my tires. Half of the links on the home page are not in the correct spot. After several minutes of trying to hit the correct button I finally got the registration screen to come up. I tried several different emails and got the same "this email address is already in use" error. I would like to think you have enough money to hire a mobile app developer that doesn't suck.

We've had the worst experience ever! If you redeem for a gift card none of the duchess stores we have been to know how to give it to you! There's no real number to call for assistance on customer service! My husband earned $100 gift card and has yet to be able to get it their app is trash, customer service is trash, if you go here you will not get what you earn sometimes!
