The new app rewards program sucks. I had just redeemed up $50 gift card when the app switched over. it gave me back my points, so I redeemed the $50 burrito bucks again, and all of the money disappeared. The new app is a huge g downgrade from the old rewards program. Now you can't redeem more than you are spending, or you loose the extra burrito bucks! 🤦🏽

The update on the app was a huge downgrade. It had allowed you to scan when placing your order to receive your rewards. Now, it wants you to save your card information or manually upload a receipt every time. This is stupid.

it was great until they restructured their points system i went from having a free entrée to only having enough for a free chips
