Food is great, but this app sucks. First it wouldn't let me place an order, then it wouldn't let me remove anything from the cart, then it said my card info was wrong (it wasn't), so every time I just went somewhere else. If you leave the Place Order screen, it resets tip back to the default but doesn't tell you. The old app wasn't great, but this new one is hot garbage. If you want Killer Burger just order from their website, there is no reason whatsoever to suffer through this app.

The food tastes good. A little salty. They never seem to get the orders correct when I order online. On multiple burgers there was no lettuce or grilled onions added even though it is on the order. The incomplete orders problem seems to be normal for this place. It has happen both times I used the app. Unfortunately I live 20 miles away and can't come back to get the food fixed. Everybody would be way too hungry by the time I would be able to get new food. 😕 The app is difficult to navigate

It automatically adds a tip to your purchase. If you select no tip and then add a new card, it automatically re-adds the tip. There is no option for Google pay. The new reward system for their app is useless. I have only ever been able to redeem a reward on the old system.
