The food tastes good. A little salty. They never seem to get the orders correct when I order online. On multiple burgers there was no lettuce or grilled onions added even though it is on the order. The incomplete orders problem seems to be normal for this place. It has happen both times I used the app. Unfortunately I live 20 miles away and can't come back to get the food fixed. Everybody would be way too hungry by the time I would be able to get new food. 😕 The app is difficult to navigate

Food is awesome. Rewards system in the app is broken. Stopped recording points from purchases. Emailed them and they added the points but now it's not adding them again. Also I have more points needed to earn a reward and have no way of using the rewards. Just says no rewards.

Great food! The app is new so I haven't had much opportunity to use it, but so far it seems easy to use. When you click order it brings up a list of locations, then when you click the location it brings up a map, then you click on the location on the map, then it brings up the menu, seems like a few steps too many.
