I have visited this restaurant on multiple occasions. I always give the server my phone number to collect rewards for my visit. My visits have not been captured at all while visiting the establishment. Also when trying to order through the app it's asked for zip code to find location and it keep telling me no locations can be found but we have a restaurant in the city that I live in. Very disappointed

Our waiter Q was great,always cked on us and helped me load my points on the app.He was patient with me and asked if we needed anything else.Very polite!! We will definitely come back,and the catfish wash awesome, better than the catfish back home in Tenn!!

Doesn't give rewards, just collects points. We eat at the restaurant 3 to 5 tomes per week. 2000+ points earned in 4 months, no rewards.... Edit: stopped counting points in August, 2024. Too bad that the company doesn't care. Might have to find a new place to go.
