PayWiz is a payroll and attendance management app that connects workplaces and employees via mobile.

■ For Employees
· Attendance Record — Easily check in/out within the workplace radius (location-based)
· Leave Request — Apply for annual leave and half-day leave and check processing status
· Pay Slip — View monthly statements directly in the app and save as PDFs
· Electronic Documents — Store and view electronically signed employment contracts

■ For Workplaces (Managers)
· Attendance Status — Check employee attendance by date
· Leave Management — Manage application approvals and status
· Pay/Slip — Manage monthly payroll details and statements

■ Features
· Location-based Attendance: Only checks whether work is performed within the workplace radius; GPS coordinates are not stored, and only results within/outside the radius are recorded in the attendance log.

· Personal information is encrypted and processed securely.

■ User Guide
Employee login is achieved through an invitation from the business owner (manager) and phone number verification. This is a mobile app for employees and managers of workplaces using the Paywiz web service (paywiz365.com).
