updates made, great, still major issues though. app doesn't retrieve old equipment pictures that are stored in the server software and when taking new pictures. trying to sign customers up on the maintenances that are programmed into software you have to go back to the beginning of the invoice and save multiple times before you can apply the price to the invoice. The thumbnail or app view is no longer available to toggle only list view. help icon always re appears

I have been reached out to personally by the staff and they have taken alot of my suggestions. The app is getting better but still needs an update to automatically save the info as I enter it. Very annoying after spending time writing invoices out and then answering phone call and loosing all my work.

Support is terrible. Average wait time for an answer on the phone or through chat is over 30 minutes.
