I have been reached out to personally by the staff and they have taken alot of my suggestions. The app is getting better but still needs an update to automatically save the info as I enter it. Very annoying after spending time writing invoices out and then answering phone call and loosing all my work.

very complicated for us. technicians to use. way too many terminals need to lessen things up. make things a little bit simpler. like places to add parts cost shouldn't have to ride around and make four invoices until you can make it right. lot of things wrong with this app and I'm very upset with my boss for getting it cuz it's made our job 10 times harder. maybe have a tax button or a place where you can add a 3% markup or something. you know very stupid

The Proposals doesn't open, customers cannot accept Proposal and the payment from the mobile app doesn't work all the time. The payment doesn't sync in Quickbooks and you cant get anyone on the phone for support
