Very poor communication regarding charges. I was charged the €1.29 monthly fee, which I understand, but then had additional €1.29 charges taken with no clear explanation. I contacted Payzone, checked my emails, texts and account, and there was nothing showing any outstanding balance. Even after asking several times, I was never given a clear answer as to what the additional charges were for. Unexpected charges + poor communication = account deleted. Very disappointing.

This app is run by thieves. By using the app they will charge you €1.23 per month per car registered in the app. When your account runs below €10, they silently top up your account and continue to slowly drain your bank account. All of this happens even if you don't use the app. There is no way to turn off the auto top up. They have stolen €100 from my family over the past couple of years, even though I only parked a handful of times. Stay away!

I am simply shocked by this app that there is no way to delete my data from the app options and I have to contact the office during their working hours. I want to delete my personal data and all my details with this app as soon as possible. Not recommended, avoid it at any cost it had hidden fees.
