Worst parking app I have ever used. The app requires a €10 minimum balance and automatically charges another €10 whenever the balance drops below this amount. Today, €10 was charged even though I am not in Ireland and did not use the service. Poor usability, hard to find supported locations, and no clear countdown timer for remaining parking time. Very frustrating experience. Not recommended.

Terrible experience. Be warned: you'll be quietly opted-in for recurring payments on your credit or debit card. Then you won't be able to remove your payment details, or your car details from the mobile app. Then the password reset won't work on the website. As services go, one of the most sly and underhanded I've seen in a very long time. I've used alternative services in Ireland, for example Apcoa, and they are neither subscription-based nor run on scam-like, dark patterns like Payzone.

Worst parking app ever. A random auto top-up occurred even though I’ve only used the app once. From the very beginning, it’s been a tricky app — it forced me to top up twice, and now, after three months of not using it, another random auto top-up has taken money from my account. I contacted customer service three days ago and still haven’t received any response. There’s no option to log out or remove your credit card details. It’s a total user nightmare. Avoid at all costs!
