Avoid. Horrific business model. To register (even before agreeing billing terms) you have to give credit card number. You then will be billed monthly between €6 and €20 for *not* using the app, and if you do use the app they will bill you an unknown number of premium SMS. The whole model seems to be the council not bothering to implement anything and letting one of their mates knock up a system to fleece drivers of another few quid.
This app is not Free!! As you must always have a min balance of €10 that you can never use. To call it free is misleading to say the least. They Also charge a 50c Monthly maintenance fee. This should be pay as you use. They also dipped into my account for no reason as the balance was above the min threshold and when I contacted them they admitted they should not have done that but will have to contact IT and "get back to me" ..
Pure money racket It'll send you a notification by sms 15 minutes before your parking runs out and charge you 20c. Could that not be done by an app notification??? Also if you extend your parking it starts from the time you press park, potentially double-charging every customer for 15 minutes. Terrible system.
Terrible service. Spent 13 euro on parking and they took 40 euro from my account because your balance needs to be over 10 euro at all times. Can't even figure out how to close my account to get my money back. Really wouldn't recommend at all.
OK App often fails to find the location or just load up at all; it automatically tops you up by 20 euro a month and also if you hit 10 euro; they charge for reminder texts. Handy to have but needs serious tweaking.
Extortionate. No I don't want to sign up to recurrent charges, I just want to pay for parking when I go into town the odd time. What's the point of making the app if it's not going to be helpful - just find cash next time you go into town.
