Very poor user experience. Not clear how to park without subscription. The subscription process is slow and buggy. The fee is hidden, and the app has no option to cancel the service. You have to set up an Auto top-up even if you want to use the app once. There is no way to cancel it. I was forced to transfer 20€ in order to pay 1€ for parking once and am now charged monthly fees without even being notified, very shady service.

Worst parking app I have ever used. The app requires a €10 minimum balance and automatically charges another €10 whenever the balance drops below this amount. Today, €10 was charged even though I am not in Ireland and did not use the service. Poor usability, hard to find supported locations, and no clear countdown timer for remaining parking time. Very frustrating experience. Not recommended.

Full screen display Ads for a private company (Apple Green) that must be closed before paying for street parking in the city. This app is the one you must use to park in Dublin and you must view full screen Ads for food etc at Applegreen shops. People are running late, youre making the entire city use this app to park including people who didnt grow up with the internet etc, and while youre in a rush and are trying to use Dublin City's mandatory app to park you first must find the very small X.
