App is a CONPLETE SCAM, no way of disabling auto-topup, I'm happy with only having 9 euro in the account, yet it consistently tries to auto top up by 20 euro, FIX THE APP AND LET US CHOOSE WHEN TO PAY. Also, whenever I try to make changes in the app I get told that an error has occured and to check my internet connection, I have speed tested my internet and am consistently getting +60mb/s which should be more than enough FIX YOUR APP THIEVES

This is an awful app. It constantly fails to load, fails to remember details. Keeps cutting out saying it can connect to the Internet. Issues going on for months. Bring change in your car. You can't rely on this app

Terrible app and company. Hidden €1 a month charge and the inability to auto top up less than €10. Buggy when trying to add card details using auto fill and buggy GPS making me have to reinstall the app altogether to get it to work. Update: Based on your response below I checked back on how you communicated your new charges to EXISTING CUSTOMERS. And it irritated me even more, and reminded me how underhanded the wording was in your communication. Have sent this on to the CCPC.
