The app is easy to navigate. That is literally the only good thing. In theory I should have 10 sessions at 5 minutes each when viewing my son at day care. However each time i try and view a room it only loads for 1-3 seconds max. Each time you refresh it counts towards 1 of your 10 sessions. It doesnt matter if you are in different devices, wife etc you will not be able to view more than 3 seconds. I have put in numerous tickets (my wife as well) and have not recieved any response.

camera views are not clear. switching between views is not smooth- it takes several clicks on the new view icon for the cameras to switch. there's lag time going from one view to the next. there is no zoom feature so it's difficultly to see what is happening in the classroom. I'm not enjoying the app experience at all.

I already knew this app would be garbage simply based on the stars, but since my child's school uses this, I have no option. It says "updated with bug fixes" yet today, the app has crashed all but once. I still can't get in. And the lag on the app is so bad when it is working. Get new servers or get a new i.t. department to fix the ones you have, but this is ridiculous.
