About this app

ODIF brings daily plant operations tracking to the field.

Built for engineering, execution and maintenance teams at cement, steel, mining and
manufacturing sites, ODIF replaces paper job cards, spreadsheet progress trackers and
email approval chains with a single mobile workflow that works at the point of work.

ACCESS REQUIREMENT
ODIF is licensed enterprise software. Sign-in credentials are issued by your
organisation's administrator. Accounts cannot be created from within the application,
and the app has no functionality without an issued account.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Work Breakdown Structure
Create, edit and delete WBS activities from site — monthly goals, weekly targets and the
daily activities under them. Record planned quantities and units, set start and finish
dates, assign work to your team, and send it for approval without returning to a desk.

Daily Job Cards
Fill in your day on shift. Record actual quantities against what was planned, tick work
complete, add comments, and attach photos or documents — images, PDF, Word, Excel and
CSV — as evidence against the activity. Unplanned work is captured as an ad-hoc activity
so the day reflects what actually happened.

Time Blocking
Set a start and finish time against each activity and see your time-blocking score, so
the plan for the day is a schedule rather than a list.

Approvals
Review and action pending WBS, job card and target-setting submissions from your device.
Approvers see what changed, who submitted it and against which activity, can edit a
reportee's activity before approving, and can clear a queue between site rounds.

Your Team's Day
If people report to you, open any of their job cards read-only and see what they have
completed, what is outstanding and how their day is scored.

Dashboard
Open the app to your ODIF score, compliance score, open activities, time blocking and
overdue WBS work for the day, so the first thing you see is what needs attention.

ODIF Reports
Pull progress reports for any date range and export them as a PDF. Reports reflect
submitted field data, so review meetings run against the same numbers the site recorded.

Leave, Official Duty and Week Off
Apply for leave or official duty and manage week-off changes from the field, with a
calendar showing what is approved. Holidays are offered to you as they come up, so
applying for the days around one takes a single step.

Target Setting
Set and monitor monthly and weekly targets for your scope, and see actual performance
against them as job cards are submitted.

ODIF is designed for the environment it runs in — large touch targets for gloved hands,
layouts that stay readable in direct sunlight, and screens that load quickly on
constrained plant connectivity.

DATA AND PRIVACY
ODIF processes workplace operational data on behalf of your employer. All data is
transmitted over encrypted connections. The application contains no advertising, requests
no location access and no advertising identifier, and no personal data is sold or shared
with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Full details are set out in our
