I have used every sportsbook in Maryland and betparx has the worst customer service of all of them. For some reason there app doesn't let me respond in chat. And when I email, it takes forever and they have no idea what I'm talking about. They flash a promotion across the screen when I log in, I opted in and then it disappears.

love the app. once u withdraw they ask for docs and it approves fast! could use better odds though.
