It seems like it never works when I really need it to. I never had as many problems with the old app. *Edit* So, for example, just now I tried to use this app. I click the app icon, white screen for about 5 seconds, then it crashes and asks if I want to open again, or send feedback. (I have sent feedback for all the good it will do.) So I open it again, this time it lets me in. I try to view transactions on my checking account, it crashes. I go back it crashes at the same spot again 3 times.

The app crashes immediately upon opening, making it entirely unusable. I've tried turning the device off and on, uninstalling/reinstalling, even a factory reset of the device didn't help. I will be closing my account with this bank, despite being a member for 5 years, as the ability to quickly check my accounts is important. I wish you all the best of luck with this broken app.

Please Fix! I was excited to learn that my credit union was updating its app thinking they were finally adding features that would allow me to close accounts with commercial banks like Zelle or some other means to quickly send money to friends and family. Instead the "bill pay" feature it added requires entering more information than my commercial bank and doesn't send funds quickly which renders it useless. I hope this is just temporary but as it stands it's pretty frustrating.
