apps have problem . the qr code for payment doesn't pop up. not acceptable in this financial institution

The remember me function don't remember me. I need to re-enter my login and password everytime. The UX is not good. I am difficult to retrieve the medical card.

I am an android user. Worst app ever. Fail to take photo or browse any files This caused me cannot start to calim any form. The old one was better.
