I agree with other reviews. If you have already purchased one of these-try to return it. If you have not purchased one, ABSOLUTELY do not. It isn't too difficult to set up but the app is awful. It will not save to the memory card, I cannot take photos or videos at will, and I have yet to be able to open a video from the cloud. AND they want you to purchase a subscription to the cloud after a 30 day trial. This is going to just be a bird feeder unfortunately. Get a trail camera.

For about 3 weeks it was amazing. Great camera and video, no connection issues. It tells me I have a bird when the leaves blow, so I wish it was less sensitive. It went offline a few times but was easily connected when I refreshed. It went offline due to dead battery, so cut some branches to allow more sun on the charger. Once charged, I got notifications again, but no videos. Now it's offline again, and refreshing isn't working. Poor instruction, no troubleshooting, very disappointed.

App needs work; camera needs work. Have to login each time I open the app. Doesn't alert when birds land on the feeder even though alert setting is on. This was a birthday present from my husband and we both are disappointed it doesn't work. We have a regular bird feeder camera and it works great so we have something to compare. I agree with another review...it's nothing more than a trail cam. Disappointed and would give zero stars if possible!
