For about 3 weeks it was amazing. Great camera and video, no connection issues. It tells me I have a bird when the leaves blow, so I wish it was less sensitive. It went offline a few times but was easily connected when I refreshed. It went offline due to dead battery, so cut some branches to allow more sun on the charger. Once charged, I got notifications again, but no videos. Now it's offline again, and refreshing isn't working. Poor instruction, no troubleshooting, very disappointed.

App needs work; camera needs work. Have to login each time I open the app. Doesn't alert when birds land on the feeder even though alert setting is on. This was a birthday present from my husband and we both are disappointed it doesn't work. We have a regular bird feeder camera and it works great so we have something to compare. I agree with another review...it's nothing more than a trail cam. Disappointed and would give zero stars if possible!

First of all, the box it came in said "Brid Feeder". LOL The app needs help for sure!! The video quality itself is pretty good. When I get a notification that a bird is on the feeder it takes FOREVER to load/connect. By the time it does, the bird is gone. The recognition is complete garbage. A simple sparrow will come up as some crazy bird from Africa or something. So, all in all, it's usable but definitely not good.
