PROView Link® (PVL) allows you to monitor your PCS wireless-enabled device(s) from your mobile device(s). Wireless connectivity provides a convenient and functional way to access pertinent information directly to your smartphone or tablet such as state of charge, history, and status.

The stored charging data includes date and time stamp information, battery type(s) and voltage, beginning battery voltage, amp hours replaced, percentage returned, and early charge termination(s) details. Other valued features include the ability to assign a name and/or an asset number to your charger/equipment, assistance in locating your product up to 300 ft., one-button upload of your historical charging profile to an email, one-button push to call PCS customer support, the capability to receive messages and update your charger to the latest firmware, access to app tutorial, set up videos, definitions, FAQ’s and more.

New unit but won't allow me to connect...I can see it in my Bluetooth pairing devices but when I open the app it never finds it. I made sure all permissions were accepted. Tried unplugging and plugging the charger several times but still unable to connect. I'm running a pixel 6 w Android 13..... I appreciate the reply ...tried your recommendation still no connectivity and my charger does show the prolink symbol. I'll call tech support on Monday.

We’re sorry for the inconvenience. There are a few things to try with this issue. First make sure your charger says PROView Link and not Delta View Link. Second, uninstall the app and reinstall then accept all permissions including location permissions. If you still are having issues, contact our customer service team at 615-471-5300.

Something wrong with this app. It was working fine for awhile and now it's hit or miss. I have the BOS and don't understand what happened. I reinstalled to see if that was it. It just keeps searching and searching. Sometimes if I restart my phone it works, then stops working and sometimes doesn't help at all. Very disappointing because one of the main reasons I paid so much money for it was to be able to monitor everything via Bluetooth.

Edit-My phone is literally sitting on top of the B.O.S and it still will not connect, all permissions were accepted. not connect, keeps searching. Green Light just stays on all the time, both batteries were fully charged and new when B.O.S was connected. App is the only real way to see if this heavy box of plastic and wires is even doing anything, at this point seems like a waste of $300 for a green light. Will be returning if no answer is available

Hi Brian, I am sorry to hear about the issue you are having. Please make sure that you accept ALL permissions when you first open the app, or the bluetooth will not work. Make sure you are within a few feet of the BOS when connecting. And as per the user manual your BOS shipped with, the green light means that the unit is actively balancing.
