TradeControl is an ERP system from PCS IT-Trading GmbH. For quality assurance of deliveries, photos of damaged packaging can be uploaded to TradeControl for customer shipments. A QR code is required to set up the app and configure the server and image size settings. An RMA number is then generated for each shipment, which can be scanned either manually or via QR code. The integrated camera or gallery can be used to select images. After selecting the images for a shipment number, they are uploaded to a designated server via FTP. The FTP transfer is certificate-secured, and the app generates the necessary certificate. The public key must be sent once to the system administrator before the transfer, who then creates a user account. This user account must be entered into the app.
