About this app

PDAC is a safe kids learning app for African families with children
ages 5 to 18. Bring books, devotionals, videos, goal tracking and
parent-monitored mentor support together in one place — built for
personal development, faith and everyday family learning.

Why families choose PDAC:
• A curated children's library with age-appropriate books, picture
books and educational videos
• Daily devotionals that help kids build a faith and reading habit
• Goal setting and milestone tracking so children can see their
own progress over time
• A parent dashboard to follow what your child is reading,
watching and achieving
• Optional mentor messaging that parents can monitor end-to-end
• Multiple profiles per device so siblings can each have their own
learning space, with PIN-protected child sign-in

Designed for the whole family
PDAC supports parent, child and mentor accounts so every member of
the family gets the right experience. Parents stay in control of
subscriptions, child profiles and mentor access. Children get a
distraction-free, age-appropriate space to read, watch and grow.
Mentors get a focused workspace for messaging the children they
support — always with parent oversight.

Great for:
• Parents who want a screen-time alternative that's actually
educational
• Kids who love reading, picture books and short learning videos
• Christian families looking for kid-friendly devotionals and
scripture-rooted content
• Homeschool, after-school and weekend learning routines
• Mentors, ministry teams and youth workers who walk alongside
families

A learning library that grows with your child
Content is grouped by age band and theme so children always see
something appropriate for where they are today. New books, videos
and devotionals are added regularly, so the library stays fresh
and relevant.

Parent peace of mind, by design
• Parents can review what their child has read, watched and worked
on, and step into mentor conversations at any time
• Children sign in with a personal PIN tied to their parent's
account
• Account and data deletion can be requested directly from inside
the app
• All traffic is protected in transit
• Camera permission is only used for parent-child linking flows
(for example, scanning a parent code)

Subscriptions and donations
PDAC is free to start. Some premium learning content and ongoing
mentor support may require an active subscription. Parents can
also support the platform through optional one-time donations and
book sponsorship — every contribution helps put more learning
material in the hands of more African families.

Built for African families, useful everywhere
PDAC was created to nurture personal development for African
children, but the books, devotionals and goal tracking are useful
for any family that wants a safer, more intentional alternative
to generic kids' apps and video feeds.

Get started in minutes — create a parent account, add your
children, and explore the library together.
