after the recent update the app opens to a blank screen and does nothing else. I work over the road and dont have time to go by the payment office to pay my bill so I rely on the pay app. fix this issue please.

My power bill has been posted on line and I got a text from customer service say my account number has been changed if it has I did not change it and no one informed me that it was changed
