In the Turkish education system; Educational Evaluation, Guidance and Consultation Services are of great importance. Students through the electronic system; PDEVCO aims to carry out educational evaluation and diagnosis, guidance and consultancy services; It carries out protective and preventive work for children in the fields of personal, educational and professional services with individual recognition techniques.

Prepared for teachers, administrators, guidance counselors/psychological counselors, field experts and parents working in all types of schools, PDEVCO; It consists of the duties of teachers, the principles of practice of the guidance and psychological counseling service, information on frequently encountered issues, and the process steps that will facilitate implementation. At the same time, PDEVCO aims to contribute to the standardization and facilitation of the work carried out in guidance and psychological counseling services.

With PDevCo;
- Psychological counseling process for the student can be planned and implemented,
- Necessary information is provided to the family, teacher and school administration about the counseling process and cooperation can be established to provide the necessary support,
- Students can be referred to health institutions such as child and adolescent mental health centers,
- Violence and bullying within the school can be identified and preventive guidance services can be planned and implemented.
- Students who are thought to be exposed to situations such as neglect, abuse and violence can be identified and guidance and counseling services can be planned,
- It supports educational evaluation, guidance and taking educational measures (in-class arrangements, teaching techniques, individual education, individual teaching, etc.) for students who are thought to need special education.
- Conducts guidance processes to identify students who perform above their peers' level or who are considered to be specially talented and to take the necessary educational measures within the school.
- It accelerates the process with measurement and evaluation tools for the educational evaluation, diagnosis and guidance of students with emotional, behavioral and adaptation difficulties.
- Provides objective data to relevant institutions and organizations, parents, teachers and school management.
