Been using this for 3 months. Despite the ads, it was initially a seamless process to scan my documents and email them to myself so I can turn in homework for online classes. However, upon emailing the pdf to myself, a process that used to be instantaneous, it now takes 30+ minutes for the pdf to get to my email. No matter how I approached it, the process took longer and longer. Not worth it, in my opinion, as I'd rather not have to wait 1 hour to turn in an assignment. Adobe is way better.

we can access files easily but if it could give edit feature free it would be great

The free version converts Word documents, particularly the formatting, even better than Adobe. Incidentally, I no longer give Google any debit/credit card #s, as they give those #s to ANYONE listing an App, stating there may be recurrent billing, & w/o obtaining any background info. As such my debit card was hacked & hit for close to 700 charges amounting to about $4500 in Dec. & Jan. for $1.99, 2.99, 4.99, 9.99, & similar amounts, & worse Comerica only reimbursed me for about 65%-75%.
