Pdf Scanner makes a proper PDF out of pictures you already have. Pick photos from your gallery, and the app lays each one onto its own A4 page and writes a single PDF you can keep, send or print.

No account, no sign-in, nothing uploaded. The file is built on your phone and saved to your device, and the app shows you exactly where it landed.

It is made for the everyday job: a receipt, a signed form, a few pages of notes photographed one after another. Choose the shots in the order you want them, tap once, and you have a document instead of a camera roll.
