PDF Toolkit has no internet permission. That isn't just a promise that your files stay private: the app has no way to open a network connection at all. Nothing can be uploaded, because there is nothing to upload it with. Check the permission list before you install.

BUILT FOR BIG FILES

GOOD TO KNOW

The Scan tool uses Google Play services for its on-device scanner. On devices without Play services, Scan shows as unavailable, and every other tool works normally.
