Nord Defender is a new tool that will help you use your smartphone safely.
It is possible:
- Generate secure passwords;
- Check website links;
- We have an antivirus function(*) that scans your mobile device;
- Browse with a layer of protection called Safe Web, we will warn you of possible malicious websites;
- And even talk to Mimir, a very intelligent artificial Viking who provides safety tips in a very fun way.

Accessibility(**):
- We request permission to use the accessibility feature in order to monitor the addresses (URLs) accessed in the browser. This functionality allows you to identify and analyze possible malicious links in the background, helping to ensure safer browsing. Upon detecting any potential risk, we will notify the user so that appropriate measures can be taken.

* This feature requests permission to access Photos and Media on your device in order to scan for malicious files in our database.

** This permission is optional but is necessary if you want an extra layer of protection when browsing the internet.
