PDUNO GO is the comprehensive mobile application that revolutionizes service and payment management for B2B customers with UNO. It allows customers to quickly and easily place orders, check their account status in real time, generate secure paytokens for digital transactions, and record payment receipts easily accessible from anywhere, in addition to checking loading shifts.
Features:
• ORDERS: Enter fuel orders by selecting the date, products, and comments. Additionally, orders can be viewed by date range and their status checked. Users who load with their own unit can check schedule availability and reserve loading shifts.
• SEARCH ORDERS: Module designed to search for orders entered through the PDUNO Web platform, PDUNO GO, and Contact Center. Details and invoices can be viewed and downloaded for customers in Guatemala. For FOB customers, the loading shift can be modified.
• APPOINTMENT CHECK: This module allows you to check the available appointments at each floor. Additionally, there is an option to redirect you to order entry if desired.
• ACCOUNT STATEMENT: This module displays the customer's credit status, credit conditions, overdrafts, due dates, etc. Active invoices and orders are also displayed. There is an option to download the information in PDF format. For customers in Guatemala, invoices can be downloaded.
• PAYMENTS: This option allows customers to register their payment slips and generate a PayToken to pay them.
o PAYMENT SLIP: Customers can upload a payment slip image using their camera or gallery and select the invoices they are canceling or paying. They can also add comments if credit notes or credit balances are required.
o PAYTOKEN: Payment tokens can be generated to pay entire invoices. Once generated, the information can be downloaded in PDF format so the customer can make the corresponding payment.
In Payments, there will be a search option for payments made by date range, as well as the status of the generated PayTokens.
