Extremely unreliable service. Frequently after reserving a bike I would show up to claim it and it would not be turned on and ask me to put in my account number. This wouldn't be a huge issue if the numberpad on the bikes was halfway decent. Some keys are very sensitive and enter 2 characters from one press, others require way too much force to register a single character. Something as simple as entering 6 numbers can take several minutes.

Kinda helpful app some of the time. Can't cancel a bike that's being held. Can't report a broken bike 9/10 times, and if you email customer support they'll sorta kinda help you, but also tell you to use the app to report a broken bike. ?! GPS is usually accurate but not always; I booked a bike once that wasn't actually there when I arrived on foot. Had to hike to the next hub to get one. Great concept but the app and customer service (though fast to reply) need improvement.

Pretty straightforward interface if you take a moment to acquaint yourself with the app. I like being able to see bikes nearby, and the trip history is fun. I changed my plan a few weeks ago and that was pretty easy. Can't recommend the service/app enough if you're a student/staff member at UO, or have access to a UO email address.
