this app sucks!! I tried to cash out $115 and it charged me a fee told me that transaction failed and then my money disappeared and didn't show up at my other bank.. by far the worst banking app I've ever used if anybody has any solutions or ways to fix it that they used let me know please

I find this app easy to use but a total lie as far as getting your money especially the same day it charges you a fee to get the money the same day but you don't get it the same day what time it took me 6 days to get my money. there is no customer support and I'll be down if they're going to charge me a fee for something they don't even stand up hold up.

WORST APP EVER.... Now it's continuing to say can't connect to the server, which is a lie I have perfect wifi. All I want is MY money out of it and it's one thing after another. I absolutely hate this app and do not recommend anyone getting it. If it doesn't fix itself and let me in today to get my money, there are going to be some serious legal issues going down. Never have I had a app I did not like till now.
