About this app

After signing up with PeakView Solutions for our BusinessView software, customers will have access to this mobile app. In addition to a schedule for daily and weekly overviews, this mobile app provides access to the employee's jobs. Your employee can then review the job details with the information needed to complete the job. With an interactive interface, an employee can track drive time and job time with simple clicks and they will have options to make updates and comments on the job based on new situations. They can also upload images or files that will be sent back to the office as a reference. After completion, there is a customer sign-off and review page with a summary of the job details and digital signature capture. The app also supports communication with the web app, so updates can be communicated live from the field to the office.
