The app rarely works. I get a pop up that there is a delay and to try again later almost every time I open the app. The Internet service is great, the app not so much.

since the update my app says my router isn't on board but when I go to manually set it up it's already connected. I can't look at my usage or control my devices because I can't get into my app. this is the very first time I have ever had a problem with this app

YES! So glad I dropped Direct TV internet! So far absolutely wonderful internet! So thankful- I keep waiting for a downside because I've never had internet that was priced right and fast OR the price didn't go up after a year! Actually even the pricey internet constantly having issues! I've had for over a month now but I'll update if I have issues. Again. Thank you PearlCom!
