Have basic flaws. Should have been made with end user and environment in mind . The icons are small , too many colors that leads to distraction and hampers it's usability. Fonts are small and because of background color are hard to read. Even action buttons are small , requires multiple touch to activate.With in the event details like scan documents , get directions etc all have odd color combination that makes it hard to read. Sd b Blue on white , white on black , black on yellow

I waste a lot of time trying to load current load so I can update dispatch. Pictures do not load properly. It is great when it does work, but it is more likely not to function properly. I have been using it for a couple years now and recently it has been worthless.
