Our unique small batch fresh dum cooking process, coupled with aged long grain Basmati rice, an array of aromatic Indian spices, tender marinated meats and fresh veggies, results in a Biryani that is fresh and flavourful every time you order from us. While we have grown to over 31 outlets now across 2 cities (Bangalore & Chennai), our core fresh dum cooking process has remained the same and we prepare our Biryanis in each of our outlets multiple times throughout the day.

We started our first outlet in Koramangala, Bangalore, in September 2009 and have slowly & carefully grown to over 31 outlets across Bangalore & Chennai.
In our initial years we were supported by friends & family and in 2016 we raised our first round of institutional funding and have been a part of the Pearltri family since then.
Our vision is to create a strong pan-India Biryani-focused Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand, and our team of 400+ employees are working hard towards that goal. All our outlets are currently company-owned and operated and we do not offer franchisees at this time.
