Quite literally the worst app I have ever used. Customer support is worse than useless. After changing my phone I have been locked out of Pearson services which has hindered my work. Spent 45 minutes plus on a chat to get access only to be told I'd have to call back for help as they, the customer support, couldn't help me. Absolute joke! Why don't you allow users to register new devices more easily rather than putting us through the torture of your customer (non)support?!

Useless piece of technology. My phone stopped working this morning and now I cannot mark or get access to ePen. A back up method for accessing ePen is essential and some prat at Pearson Edexcel seems to have forgotten that they set strict deadlines and are completely divorced freom reality. Complete failure to implement a system that has a backup option. Should be a zero for lack of technical compentency in arranging access for all personel that have to use the Pearson website and ePen .

All the reviews are showing that this is an unnecessary step that has been added Most teachers are not able to access examwizard. I have contacted the support system and still it is not working !!! If there is a rating below 1 i would give it ...i have been trying to login since Jan already ...2 months of trying and still no result... I deleted my browser history and all downloads and keep on trying Literally waste of time
