Bad UX setting up Clips: the app OFTEN requires you to press the Clip 5 times, but this process is VERY flaky. It can take ~10 attempts (aka 50 presses) before working. Then if it DOES work, a firmware update + regular setup guarantees the setup will fail, and you'll need to do it again (= another 5 presses) to register. There's also for some reason a difference between a cat "item" and a pet. Finally, sharing a device with someone else does NOT mean you can see that device in your list.

Never works when needed. Wallet card, latest firmware, & whenever I actually lose my wallet and try to find it, it won't work. It can be a foot away and can't connect. If I do the full factory reset on the card and pair everything again, then it works--until the next time it is actually lost, and then it can't be found and can't connect until another factory reset is performed. Pebblebee is unreliable. Update: Today it connected, but the locator sound was inaudible... until a reset.

It...technically works. But the alert sound is horrible. I had mine in a coat pocket in a coat closet and looking in the closet, I couldn't even hear it and I have really good hearing. They need to put the decibels on their item descriptions, because saying "loud" is subjective. Having decibels and frequency could help for those with hearing loss.
