The Pedalboard Planner App allows you to build your dream Pedaltrain pedal board. It's free and easy to use.

New Version 1.0.1 includes better Android support!

To begin:

1) Rotate your device to landscape mode.

2) Tap the wrench icon to reveal the main menu

- "Add Pedal" allows you to add one of more than 2000 different models from 200 different brands. More pedals are added all the time.
- "Switch Board" enables you to swap the Pedaltrain model you are building on.
- "Hook Loop Love Color" changes the underlying color of the hook-and-loop.

3) Once a pedal has been added to your plan, simply drag it to the desired location.

4) Tap the pedal to reveal options to rotate the pedal, save it to your favorites, or remove it from your Pedaltrain plan.

5) You will find menus in the top right header section to: save your plan as an image, get help, save favorites, create and load saved plans, etc.

Explore and have fun!

*Edit April 2022* Seems like they've stopped updating this app. I have to re-add my favourites often since they keep getting deleted. I haven't noticed any new pedals added either. This is a fantastic app for planning a board so I hope it isn't being scrapped. *Original Review* It's nearly perfect but some of the pedal sizes are off and so many more need to be added. I figured out that setting my device to a light theme fixes the black background issue so I bumped my rating up to 4 stars.

I understand you have to rotate the screen for this to work but the button that usually appears just doesn't anymore so therefore the app won't work. Disappointing as I think it is a cool concept. I wish they would fix this for the Pixel 3. The fact that it looks as though this has been a problem for months means that I don't think they are working on a fix, it should not take this long. Works on my iPad though which looks like Apple support is a priority and Android is an afterthought. Sad

Freezes & have to close and re open. After a short while it crashes completely & I have to reinstall. First when I've reinstalled my saved boards are there, now they are gone. Also, if I've got a layout on say a metro 24, if I want to keep the same pedals & just change to a larger board, it shrinks the larger board to fit the same space as the small board, but the pedals stay the same size which makes the whole thing redundant. On top of all that most of the pedals are the wrong size anyway!
